Mentors Program
The Foundation receives a number of requests from families with children that have been diagnosed with Craniosynostosis, who just need to talk about their experience, or are looking for advice and emotional support.  To serve this need, we have developed a Mentors Program, where we recruit volunteers that have experienced Craniosynostosis in their family.  These volunteers are then partnered up with those families looking for help. Ambassador Program
Through the Ambassadors Program, the Jorge Posada Foundation is hoping to expand its network of volunteers.  The goal of the program is to spread awareness of Craniosynostosis and to find new sources of funding.
